Deca Meter ver3
This was a commissioned piece based off of my previous versions. The person requesting the commission did not want me to alter the design significantly, but I did come up with some improvements. The scanning antennas now have skinnier arms and are a little longer. The battery box is blended into the main body better so it looks like one piece.
Paints used:
- Krylon Fusion Primer
- Krylon Chrome Aluminum
- Krylon Fusion Flat Black
- Tamiya Acrylic Chrome Silver
First everything was primed and then a basecoat of Flat Black. Chrome Aluminum was used for the scanning antennas. Chrome Silver was drybrushed on and artist's chaulk brushed into the corners for weathering.
