Version 6 of my PKE Meters is a new style of build. The ends of the scanning arms on the right light up a blue/green and pulse and flash with the color changing LED behind the main viewscreen. The green light on the left lights up along with the colored indicator lights on the main body and do not flash. Check the video below for the full effect. All of the lights run off of a 9volt battery which comes installed and is easily changed by unscrewing the panel on the back. The knobs on the front and the sides all turn. A clip on the back attaches the PKE to your belt. The decals are custom designed in Photoshop and printed on quality vinyl.
First everything was primed with Primer, then a basecoat of Ultra Flat Black. Next, Brilliant Silver was used for the knobs and scanning arm. Chrome Silver was drybrushed on for weathering. The entire assembly was then sealed with an Acrylic Sealer. The PKE was then dusted with artist chaulk.
